Move over Tyler Baltierra, your wife has the spotlight now! Catelynn Lowell checked out of rehab just weeks ago and in a rare photo with a fan, the Teen Mom OG star showed off her impressive new look.
The reality star was photographed with a fan...and she looks INCREDIBLE!
Just weeks ago, Cate checked out of rehab after a six week stay. She announced in January 2018 that she would be seeking help for the third time.
Cate checked into rehab for the second time in November 2017 and stayed until New Years.

In November, Cate revealed that she was experiencing suicidal thoughts in a heartbreaking tweet. As seen on the MTV reality show, she also suffered a miscarriage days prior.
