8 Celeb BFF Duos That Should Host An Awards Show Together
We can all agree that the 2 Broke Girls hosting the People's Choice Awards and Amy Poehler and Tina Fey hosting the Golden Globes—twice—was so great, mainly because of their chemistry with each other. So why not get these other famous BFF duos—like Katy Perry and Rihanna or Ben Affleck and Matt Damon— to host an awards show, too? Make it happen, Hollywood. Make it happen.
Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox
When Friends was still airing new episodes it got tons of Emmy nominations, and Jennifer Aniston even won one for her work as Rachel Green! But now, years later, pretty much anyone would want to see her and BFF/co-star Courteney Cox on that Emmy's stage just one last time. 2015, maybe?
Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran
Ed Sheeran opened up for Taylor Swift on her "Red" tour, and thus these guys got pretty close. They've also both been nominated for a few Grammys (and Taylor has won, like, a million) and clearly make amazing music together ("Everything Has Changed," anyone?!), so it seems like hosting the Grammy Awards is just a natural progression for these two.
Lea Michele and Jonathan Groff
Besties since they starred on Broadway together in "Spring Awakening," Jonathan Groff and Lea Michele aren't exactly strangers to the New York theater scene. Sorry, NPH, but we want these two to take the Tony Awards hosting reigns next year.
Julianne Hough and Nina Dobrev
If you follow either Julianne Hough and/or Nina Dobrev on Insta, you know that these two gal pals are pretty adorable, especially when they're together. With Julianne's tie to Dancing With The Stars and Nina's leading role on Vampire Diaries, these two have "Teen Choice Awards" hosts written all over 'em.

Ben Affleck and Matt Damon
Technically this should've happened in 1998 and we are still amazed that it hasn't happened at all. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, bros since they co-wrote and co-starred in the academy award-winning Good Will Hunting, need to get back up on that Oscars stage and host. Hopefully 2014's host Ellen Degeneres won't at all take this personally.
Katy Perry and Rihanna
Katy Perry and Rihanna always get people talking when they perform and/or simply walk the red carpet at MTV's Video Music Awards, so can you imagine how headline-worthy it would be if these two pop goddesses hosted the darn thing? Brain. Exploding.
Ariana Grande and Jennette McCurdy
Even though Ariana Grande is a bonafide mini Mariah (as in Carey) these days, she's still got her Nickelodeon roots. And it's a no brainer that she and her Sam & Cat gal pal Jennette McCurdy could run the entire slime-filled Kids' Choice Awards and totally nail it. Agree?
Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake
We'd be pretty content watching 3 hours of whatever between Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake, so we'll leave it the guys' discretion on which awards show they'd most want to host. But if we had to choose? The most fun awards show of all, the MTV Movie Awards, is basically begging for this.
