In the video, Joe is just getting out of the shower at home when he asks Mye, 47, to "adjust his back." Then the former CEO can be heard moaning. Mye hid the camera below some towels, and moved it into the bedroom to record the entire time she and Joe spent together. The clip lasted several minutes.

Mye only came into Joe's bathroom after his wife, Fran, left the house, according the Atlanta Journal Constitution. The businessman was seen biting his nails nervously as the tape played for the court in Atlanta.

Joe claims he had a consensual affair with Mye for nine years, while she's claiming she was sexually harassed. The current Waffle House chairman said he was threatened with a letter in July 2012 that gave him an ultimatum: he pays Mye or the sex video would cause "media attention, injurious publicity, protracted litigation, and divorce and destruction of families."

There are said to be at least 15 more audio files and one video, but it's unclear if they'll play those in court as well. A judge ruled that Mye's secretly recorded video didn't imply that Joe forced the woman into acts she didn't want to do.
