Countdown to baby DeBoer! Chelsea Houska is expecting her third child, but her second with her husband, Cole DeBoer, at the end of the summer. With just a few weeks left, did the pregnant Teen Mom 2 star just reveal her daughter's name?!

A fan tweeted a website claiming that Chelsea was naming her daughter, Penelope Grace.

Chelsea replied, "Lol! Someone else sent me this too. Definitely not the real name and also not my middle name! I don't know why people do that hahaha."

Oh man! The Teen Mom world is patiently waiting for Chelsea and Cole's baby girl’s arrival!

Back in June, the soon-to-be mother-of-three made an exciting announcement!

"I cannot believe we are in the home stretch already! #HelloThirdTrimester," the pregnant reality star wrote. The countdown begins!
