On Monday night's episode of Teen Mom 2, Chelsea told her mother the big news...they are moving forward with purchasing the land to one day build their dream home on.
Even though Chelsea and Cole aren't sure of the timeline of their move, Mary was devastated. She tried explaining to her daughter that she shouldn't "rush" into moving so far away. The land is about 45 minutes from their current home.
Mary started to tear up talking about her family moving so far away explaining that she won't be able to drive there in the winter with all the snow, she will be all alone now and that she won't be able to see her grandchild often.
Chelsea reassured her mother that it's not "that far" and everything will work out.

Chelsea and Cole drove to the land one final time before handing in the paperwork that made it officially theirs. Chelsea admitted to feeling bad about how her mother felt about their move.
Cole admitted that his family wasn't too thrilled either, but explained to his wife that they will make it work.
In the end, Chelsea and Cole signed the paperwork!
Fans had different opinions regarding Chelsea's move. One fan wrote to her on Twitter, "Oh snap. I just cried with @ChelseaHouska mom. I would be so devastated if my baby moved away. ?"
The MTV star replied, "I totally understood where she was coming from. But it’s the town I grew up in! AND I’m disappointed they left out a whole entire part of our conversation. We hugged it out, and I reassured her over and over it was all going to be just fine!"
