A fan tweeted, "Next week’s special is “Chelsea and Cole - A Love Story!" She responded, "Yaaaasss!" Same Chelsea, same!
However, before getting excited, fans wanted to make sure the great news about Monday's special was true!
"Please tell me this is true," a fan wrote and Chelsea replied, "Yes it sure is!"

The fan favorites got married in October of 2016 and celebrated their wedding reception in October of 2017.
They welcomed their first child together, Watson Cole, in January of 2017. Chelsea also has a daughter, Aubree, with her ex, Adam Lind.
