In a sneak peek clip for Monday February 11th's episode, Chelsea went into labor!
And guess what?!
Chelsea went into labor on her own birthday!
Cole shouted in the clip, "It's your birthday! Oh my god...I got two girls with the same birthday!"
Chelsea jokingly asked, "Did you do this on purpose?! So I could have her on my birthday!" Adding, "This is my birthday gift!"
During the car ride to the hospital, Chelsea experienced a few contractions.
That were just 3 minutes apart!
But she stayed strong.

The soon-to-be mother of three got ready to say bye to her baby boy!
