Back in August, RadarOnline.com revealed that the mother-of-three sold her home.

“They bought and already moved into a new one,” a source told Radar. “They really wanted a house with more room and acreage for animals in the country.

Chelsea and Cole's move came at a perfect time because the two just welcomed their second child together. She gave birth to a baby girl, Layne, at the end of August. They also share a son, Watson Cole, and Chelsea has a daughter, Aubree, with her ex, Adam Lind.

And it's also perfect for their furry family members! Their dogs, chickens, and Pete the pig have six acres to run on!
