"Can babies get cradle cap on their face?! It doesn't look like baby acne...I've been putting aquaphor on it...any other tips?," she asked her Twitter followers and luckily, many offered advice!

The MTV star welcomed her second child, Watson Cole, at the end of January. How cute is he?!
