Adorable! The Teen Mom 2 star is pregnant with her second child, but her first with her new husband!

The 25-year-old and Cole exchanged vows in a very small private ceremony in front of their family members only.

She explained on Twitter that following the birth of her first child with Cole, they will have a bigger celebration including their extended family and friends!

Chelsea is already a mother to her 7-year-old daughter, Aubree, with her ex Adam Lind.
