Everyone is on the bump! Chelsea uploaded to Snapchat this sweet photo of her husband putting his hand on the growing belly.
The reality star is expecting her second child on Valentine's Day 2017, but her first with Cole. Besides showing off her bump, she also admitted that she's looking forward to getting back in shape!
