Chelsea Houska is going to be a beautiful bride...again! The Teen Mom 2 star is set to wed her husband, Cole DeBoer, again this Fall.

The couple were set to have their ceremony and reception last October, but changed their plans since they were expecting their first child.

Now, almost a year later, they are planning to have their big party surrounded by family and friends.
