Body After Baby! 'Teen Mom 2' Star Chelsea Houska Explains Weight Loss Plan After Giving Birth
Chelsea Houska welcomed her son, Watson Cole, just about a month ago, but the reality star is SO ready to get back into shape! Luckily for fans, she revealed how she plans on slimming down.
"I have a workout plan from a trainer I'm doing but I'm gonna try to include him in everything that I can safely," she wrote on Twitter to a fan.
The Teen Mom 2 star has been tweeting recently about the scale. "You guyssss, the scale has been so depressing since having Watson," she wrote.

One workout that might not be on her list...kickboxing! She wrote, "I've had 3 knee surgeries and kickboxing kills my knee."
She might want to workout, but one person that doesn't allow her to...Watson! "Also...it's almost impossible to get a workout in with a new baby. I swear he senses when I'm about to do something and it wakes him up," she wrote.
