Cheyenne Floyd is one of the newest moms on the hit MTV series, Teen Mom OG! Shortly after the announcement, the mother to 1-year-old Ryder took to her Instagram to open up about her decision to join the reality show.

"First, I want to think those who shown love and support with our decision to join the Teen Mom family. While reading all of the opinions and DMs, I am torn on wanting to respond and also know that I should not deem into negativity," she wrote on Instagram.

"I know I was not a teen mom, as did MTV when they reached out to me. As a young mom, I have had to overcome many struggles and face similar issues. It was my hope that my willingness to do the show and share my personal life and struggles could possibly help someone else," she added.
