According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, the "Loyal" singer was booked and then released an hour later after posting bail.

This isn't Chris's first run-in with the law. In 2009, he was arrested for physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Rihanna. In that incident, he was charged with felony assault and making criminal threats, and received five years probation and community service.

Four years later, in 2013, Chris, along with his bodyguard, was arrested and charged with felony assault, according to CNN, after an alleged altercation outside a hotel in Washington, DC. The charge was later reduced to a misdemeanor and the star was released without bail.
