Former Bachelor star, Chris Soules is set to enter into a guilty plea after he was charged with fleeing a hit and run scene, RadarOnline.com exclusively reported. It was only in April 2017 that Chris rear-ended a tractor, killing the driver and left the scene. Keep reading for the latest.

The 37-year-old will stand before a judge on Tuesday, November 13 and he plans to say he's guilty.

The Des Moines Register stated in late October that the reality television personality's lawyers are presumed to reach a plea agreement within 10 days.

The incident occurred on April 24, 2017 when the Dancing with the Stars contestant hit 66-year-old Kenneth Mosher where he was thrown into a ditch and died. Chris called 911 before leaving the accident.

On May 16, 2018, though, the ABC star initially pleaded not guilty to leaving the accident site of the fatal car crash.
