The summer is all about floral fashion, and This is Us actress Chrissy Metz clearly got the memo. She was spotted greeting fans as she exited the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood after an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!
Chrissy looked cute in a dress adorned with flowers, which she paired with silver flats. And she can buy a lot more shoes than ever these days, after amazing news was revealed this week.
According to Variety, she and other members of the cast earned $250,000 bonuses from NBC thanks to how well This is Us did its first season!
That’s major for the 36–year-old, especially after she recently told the story of how she struggled to make it big, even after landing a role on American Horror Story prior to making it on the NBC show.

She told Glamour, "I kept auditioning, with no savings and no money, credit card debt gaining interest…”
“I went on unemployment. I bought ramen noodles at dollar stores,” she continued. “I never had to — God forbid — live on the streets; I moved in with a roommate who told me, 'Stay with me until you can afford rent. Don't give up.' People who supported me were like, 'If you don't have money for food, I'll cook you dinner. You don't have money for acting class? Let's get together and read lines.'" Talk about supportive friends!
