“Chrissy worked out throughout her pregnancy and it gave her an incredible head-start on her post-baby weight loss. When she was pregnant, she learned how to listen to her body’s needs, so now she only eats when she’s hungry,” said the source.
And after Luna’s birth, Chrissy’s taste in food changed quite a bit, prompting her to even tried a vegan diet, though that barely last one day!
