Chrissy Teigen Reacts To Troll Who Tried To Shame Her For Hiring Chefs And Nannies
Chrissy Teigen is not putting up with the hate. The Lip Sync Battle star, 34, reacted to a troll on Black Friday who commented on a photo of her two children, Luna and Miles cozied up underneath a canopy alongside three employees.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue star posted the heartfelt picture on Instagram on Friday, November 29, 2019 “Grateful for people that make our dysfunctional house functional,” Chrissy captioned the shot.
One user decided to take that moment to try and seemingly shame the model for having hired help. “AKA, Thankful for my household staff of chefs and nannies,” the troll wrote.
Chrissy, who’s been dubbed by many as the celebrity clap back queen, quickly responded, “Literally just said that but you sure got me.” Many fans supported Chrissy. “I could be too if I had them,” one user wrote. “Hey, if I could afford it, I’d have it too,” another fan agreed. “Nice to have extra support for my kids!” A third fan wrote, “At least she thanks them.”

The television personality who often posts her family on social media has been open about having nannies for her kids along with her mother, Vilailuck “Pepper” Teigen, who lives with the family and helps with the children.
“I hate pretending that we do it on our own,” Chrissy said in October during an interview with Vanity Fair. “We have daytime help, nighttime, weekend. I don’t know how my mom did it.”
However, this isn’t the first time that Chrissy or her husband, John Legend have faced backlash for hiring help. Before their now 3-year-old daughter, Luna was born, the couple received criticism after they revealed their plans to hire a night nurse for her.
Chrissy responded to the backlash on Twitter. “A night nurse doesn’t replace you waking and feeding at night,” the model tweeted. “You’re up with them. They’re helpers and teachers.” The model admitted to forgetting how protective she could be when it comes to her kids. “I’m so used to sharing our life that I forget how protective I will be soon,” Chrissy wrote. “I cannot handle this kind of constant judgment!”
