An insider revealed to OK! Magazine that her bold new look on June 6 was more than hair and makeup.
The 35-year-old reportedly underwent liposuction, fat freezing and even a mini face-lift, the insider said.
“She opted for smart lipo, which uses lasers to melt fat and tighten the skin,” the source said, adding that she got away with it because “It’s so much less invasive than traditional lipo” and was merely “in bed for a couple of days and back to normal in less than a week.”
Aguilera has “wanted to do for a long time,” but after being “unhappy with the way she looked on The Voice this year,” she called her plastic surgeon pronto “as soon as the show wrapped.”
