Christina Anstead's Husband Ant Mourns Friend Jessi Combs After She Dies In Tragic Accident

Christina Anstead's husband Ant took to social media to mourn and pay tribute to his friend Jessi Combs, who passed away in a tragic jet-powered car crash on Tuesday, August 27.
"This incredibly brilliant and passionate car sector that I work in and love so much draws courageous, crazy, creative people!" Ant, 40, wrote via Instagram.
"The Dreamers and the doers! And those that are very best rise to the top!" the Wheeler Dealers star, who is expecting his first child with Christina, 36, continued.
"Jessi Combs was one of those!! She made cars, pushed boundaries, welded, engineered, broke records, and broke glass ceilings, made friends and left a lasting impression! SHE WAS OUR PEOPLE!" he said.

"There is a numbness in the workshop today! ? Yesterday at only 36 years old Jessie paid the price trying to beat her own land speed record! ??? rest in peace Jessi ❤️ x," Ant concluded his tribute.
According to Road and Track, Jessi, 36, was driving her jet-powered vehicle through the Alvord Desert in Oregon when she lost control of the car.
The professional driver was known as the “fastest woman on four wheels” after setting a record speed of 298 mph in jet-powered North American Eagle Supersonic Speed Challenger.
