Christina Anstead is missing her eldest son. The HGTV star, who has been increasing her bedrest since suffering a postpartum injury, took to Instagram and posted a sweet picture of 4-year-old Brayden.
In the photo posted to the 36-year-old’s Instagram Story, Brayden, sat by the pool wore a hat and sunglasses. “Miss my big boy,” Christina wrote. “And why does he look sooo old?!”
Though she didn’t explain where Brayden was, since she and ex Tarek El Moussa finalized their divorce in 2018, they have split custody of their two children. According to court documents, Brayden and his older sister Taylor, 9, spend 4 days of the week with Christina and 3 days with their dad.
The former couple — who still star on Flip or Flop together — also agreed that neither would have to pay child or spousal support.
Though Christina is missing one of her sons, she’s been spending a lot of quality time with the other. On October 2, in another Instagram Story update, she posted a picture of newborn son Hudson on her lap. “Luckily I love my room because we spend the majority of our time here,” she wrote over the snap.

Last month, the Christina on the Coast star explained that she was going to slow down and be more diligent about self care after she injured herself while throwing a huge birthday bash for Taylor. “I felt totally fine since one week postpartum — like zero pain but I was resting and taking it easy and then I threw Tay a bday party and was lifting and running around all weekend... and yesterday I woke up like oh crap ... and today oh crap turned into oh s**t,” she wrote under a picture of her cuddling with Hudson.
“I definitely hurt myself,” she continued. “It’s not the C-section incision area that hurts it’s my left abdomen and it hurts bad. Please anyone who just had a baby don’t overdo it.”
She and new husband Ant Anstead welcomed baby Hudson, their first child together, on September 6.
