Chyna was found dead in her apartment on April 20, according to police in Redondo Beach, Calif. after a friend found her unresponsive.

After she retired from wrestling in 2001, Laurer infamously starred in a sex tape, 1 Night in Chyna, with then-boyfriend Sean Waltman and worked in the sex industry until 2013.

Laurer was hospitalized in 2008 on her 38th birthday, reportedly from mixing alcohol with her prescriptions, but doctors found cuts on her arms. She was also rushed to the hospital in 2010 for overdosing on sleeping medication.
