Cindy Crawford's son Presley Gerber’s 2019 is already off to a rough start. On Sunday, Dec. 30, just days before the new year, he was arrested and slapped with a DUI.
According to reports, the 19-year-old was pulled over at 4am while speeding around Beverly Hills in his Tesla.
After failing a field sobriety test, Presley was booked for a DUI and then released on $15K bail.
California has a zero tolerance policy for underage drivers. Any alcohol consumption will get an underage driver arrested — even if his or her blood alcohol level is way under the legal limit.

If found guilty, he will have his license suspended for at least a year.
Presley, who is the son of Cindy and her husband Randy Gerber, has already been following in the footsteps of his supermodel mama. He has been featured in high profile campaigns for Calvin Klein, Dolce & Gabbana, and Paris Vogue.
