Cox and McDaid spent Easter Sunday shopping with Courteney's daughter, Coco Arquette, in Malibu, Cali.

McDaid called off their engagement back in December but sources say, the 39-year-old seems to be regretting it.
“People close to Johnny think he is having second thoughts about breaking up with Courteney,” an insider revealed to RadarOnline.com.
