Cox, who just came back from her bestie Jennifer Aniston’s honeymoon after serving as maid of honor in her wedding to Justin Theroux, sported puffy cheeks and eyes.
The Cougar Town star has said she’s never went under the knife, though.

“It’s no secret I’ve had some Botox in the past, but I won’t go under the knife,” she once told Closer.

And no need, because she’s always been gorgeous—plus her fiancee Johnny McDaid loves her just the way she is!
“Johnny isn’t into that whole Hollywood look anyway, so I don’t feel pressure to keep looking like a 20-year-old for him,” she said.
However, the Friends star has admitted to having laser therapy to keep her youthful looks.
“I’m a big laser believer,” she said in 2013. “I really think they are the wave of the future. I just did Ulthera, which is supposed to produce collagen, and I’m about to do Fraxel, which will get rid of all these brown spots off my arms, chest and face.”
