The 54-year-old seemed happy and at ease after her mid-week outing while she waited for her car at valet with some friends.
Courtney looked effortlessly fashionable in her outfit for dinner. She dressed up a pair of lightly washed denim jeans with conservative pointed suede black heels and accessorized with a black quilted Chanel handbag.
The actress completed her look with a long sleeve black and white striped shirt and kept her hair pulled back into a loose ponytail.

Last month the Cougar Town star reunited with her ex-husband David Arquette as their daughter Coco started her first day of high school.
The Scream actor shared a family picture on his Instagram. He said, ''I’m so proud of my daughter Coco! Have fun and be safe in high school! AND don’t grow up too fast! I love love love you!!!'
