Courteney Cox embraced the sweltering heat wave with a dip in her pool on Sunday, July 21. She shared an Instagram video where she showed off her taut, toned and age-defying body.
Courteney, 55, sported a tiny black bikini, cool aviator shades and a black beach coverup. The Scream actress sipped on a refreshing icy drink.
In the clip, she sprung out of the water and by using the magic of camera technology, she made the video look like she was jumping out of the pool.
The Friends star captioned the clip, "Oh so now I finally get what @missymisdemeanorelliott meant by put your thing down, flip it, and reverse it....only took me ten years."

She tagged legendary rapper Missy Elliot and referenced her iconic hit, "Work It." The song was also blasting in the background of the video.
Courteney alluded to the chorus of the song that featured the lyrics, "Is it worth it? Let me work it/ I put my thing down, flip it and reverse it."
