It has been 20 years since Tyra Banks, Maria Bello, Piper Perabo, Bridget Moynahan, and Izabella Miko came together for Coyote Ugly.
It has been two decades since the movie released, so it’s an excellent time to find out what the crew of the $110 million box-office movie has been up to.
Piper Perabo/Violet Sanford
Perabo was seen on the show as the wannabe singer Violet Stanford who moved from New Jersey to N.Y.C so that she could pursue her dreams. She eventually ended up joining the Coyote Ugly crew.
After the movie’s release, Perabo went on to star in Covert Affairs, which led her to a Golden Globe nomination. She got married to director-producer Stephan Kay in 2014. She most recently made an appearance in the series Penny Dreadful: City of Angels.
Tyra Banks/Zoe
Banks had already been around for a while in the modeling industry before the release of Coyote Ugly. She was praised for her role as bartender Zoe in the movie, and she shared in a 2018 interview with PEOPLE that she’s quite eager to do a sequel.
“I want to produce it — I just need to get the rights from Mr. Jerry Bruckheimer or work with him,” she said. In her recent ventures, she’s been announced as the new host and co-producer of Dancing with the Stars.
Maria Bello/Lil
Bello was the bar’s owner in the movie and played a crucial role in Violet's character development.
She is known for her work on ER and has since then worked in several films, such as NCIS and Goliath. She is engaged to chef Dominique Crenn and has a son with her ex-boyfriend, the screenwriter, Dan McDermott.

John Goodman/Bill Sanford
Goodman has been a prominent name in the entertainment industry since 2000. In Ugly Coyote, he took the role of Violet’s father, who wasn’t a fan of her new career path.
He has had much on his plate since then and has starred in several TV shows and movies. More recently, Goodman has appeared in The Conners.
He married Annabeth in 1989, and they share a daughter.

Bridget Moynahan/Rachel
Moynahan found her first significant role in Coyote Ugly. She then joined the cast of the highly-popular show Sex and the City as Natasha. Post that, she has found successful roles in shows such as Blue Bloods and Six Degrees.
She has a son named Jack with her ex-husband Tom Brady. In 2015, she got married to Andrew Frankel, a NY-based businessman.
Adam Garcia/Kevin O’Donnell
Garcia was asked by the casting director of Coyote Ugly to fly to LA for an audition after he had caught up with him in the Saturday Night Fever musical held at West End in London.
He played Violet’s boyfriend Kevin in the movie, and the role led to several other opportunities for the Australian actor. Since then, he has appeared on series such as The Code and Camp and has been married to Nathalia Chubin since 2015 with whom the star shares two children.
Melanie Lynskey/Gloria
Before appearing in Coyote Ugly, Lynskey had grabbed quite a few roles. She played Violet’s BFF Gloria in the movie. Since then, she has appeared in several shows, including Two and a Half Men. She also made an appearance in The Perks of Being a Wallflower.
She also appeared in the new series Mrs. America and is engaged to Jason Ritter, and has a daughter with him.
