Headed For Divorce? Cynthia Bailey Confesses Marriage With Peter Thomas Is Not 'Ideal'

Over the past couple of seasons of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Peter Thomas and Cynthia Bailey have certainly had their fair share of marital issues, and while they seemed to be in a better place recently—that doesn’t appear to be the case at all!

“Peter and I are doing okay,” she said. “He spends really most of his time in Charlotte at Sports One. I am between Atlanta, New York and LA. It’s not easy because we are really in a long distance relationship."

Being apart definitely doesn’t help the rumors of marital strife, especially after he was seen on tape getting cozy with a woman at a bar last year who was not Cynthia.

“It’s definitely not the ideal situation to be in,” the reality star admitted. “It’s kind of nice—no matter how busy you are—to sleep in the same bed at night.”

But that rarely happens, given how little time they end up spending together. “I would say we were actually with each other on a good month, maybe five days a month… maybe one week out of the month,” Cynthia confessed. “That’s where we are at now and maybe it’s the past three months it’s been like that.” No wonder Cynthia is unhappy.

She went on to explain that their jobs have become their priority at the expense of their relationship.

“Again, when you are married, you do have to make certain sacrifices, especially when you are both entrepreneurs and we’ve both been successful,” Cynthia said. “We want to remain successful, so we are on our grind right now. So we have a little less time to actually grind on each other if you know what I mean.”
