Well, this is embarrassing. Dakota Fanning was busted doing the unspeakable in public: picking her nose—and then flicking it!

The 22-year-old actress was walking to a coffee shop in NYC when the dirty deed was done.

While nearly everyone is guilty of this at some point in their lives, Dakota has paparazzi following her around as a major star.

They also snapped the moment when she rolled it up in her fingers and tried to hide it!

We have to give her that her street style game is on point, though. The actress wore boyfriend jeans with a baggy sweater and sneakers.
