She’s in one of the most highly-anticipated movies of the year and now on the most notable fashion magazine, but Dakota Johnson, star of Fifty Shades of Grey, is still hanging onto her private life.
The 25-year-old is the cover star for February’s Vogue and stripped down to her undies in a shoot by Mario Testino.
“I think about my dwindling anonymity,” she said in the interview, “and that’s really scary because a very large part of me would be perfectly happy living on a ranch in Colorado and having babies and chickens and horses—which I will do anyway.”
Johnson, who hails from a long lineage of Hollywood stars (her mother is Melanie Griffith, her father is Don Johnson, her stepfather is Antonio Banderas and her grandmother is Tippi Hedren), told Vogue she couldn’t resist taking the part of Anastasia Steele.

But the burgeoning starlet, who Vogue called “a Woman on the Brink of Fame,” says she plans to take a time out after the movie is released.
“I do a bit of press for Fifty, and then I’m just going to take the rest of the year off,” she said. “I want to hang out with my friends. I want to hang out with my family—well, I sometimes want to hang out with my family!”
