The Lifespan of a Fact — a new play based on John D'Agata's essay What Happens There, The Lifespan of a Fact — debuted on Broadway Thursday night, and the stars made sure to come out for the after party. Read on to see the pics!
The stars of the show, Bobby Cannavale, Cherry Jones, and Daniel Radcliffe, posed with one another at the after party. Cherry and Bobby opted for classic black-and-white suits, while Daniel wore all black.
Director Leigh Silverman also posed with the A-list crew. She wore a long silver dress on the big night.
The Lifespan of a Fact follows the story of Jim Fingal, who works as a fact-checker for a literary magazine. One day his world is turned upside down when he's assigned to a "groundbreaking" piece by "legendary author John D'Agata." But when Jim finds out John made up a lot of his article, things go haywire.
In the play, Daniel stars as Jim, the fact-checker, while Cherry plays his boss, Emily Penrose, who runs the literary magazine.
Bobby plays the talented writer, John, whose essay is expected to save the struggling, shrinking lit mag.
