Bad Dad! Dean McDermott Facing Jail Time Over Child Support One Week After Welcoming Newborn

Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling just welcomed their fifth child, son Beau, last week, but will the bad dad be around to see his newborn baby boy grow up? According to RadarOnline.com, maybe not. The outlet reveals that the star and his ex-wife Mary Jo Eustace duked it out in a Los Angeles court Thursday morning over an ongoing child support battle, and Eustace has threatened to put Dean behind bars if he doesn't pay up his half by next week!
The 50-year-old was held in contempt of court for allegedly failing to pay thousands of dollars to his ex in child support for their son, Jack, who is now 18-years-old.
The star's ex claimed in a court order, “He just stopped paying,” adding, “He is working and lives in a $2 million dollar rental.”

But Dean may have gotten lucky, because Judge Colin Leis called a recess and advised that the duo come to an agreement outside of court.
And the pair did just that, coming to an agreement that McDermott would pay his half by Monday.
Let's just hope he sticks to his word for the sake of baby Beau!
