Dean McDermott was spotted visiting a lawyer’s office on Thursday afternoon, the same day he called cops on his wife Tori Spelling for the second time in one week!
Dean headed to the lawyer’s office in jeans, a white t-shirt, navy blazer, and brown shoes. The visit occurred just hours after Dean called the cops on his wife when she left home with one of their children.
A “concerned” Dean alerted authorities, who located Tori at a doctor’s office. Police left after determining she and the child were fine, Sgt. Eric Buschow of the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
It was the second time in a week that Dean called the cops on his wife. On March 1, police were called to the couple’s home over a “domestic incident,” People reported.

In the dispatch audio call obtained by The Blast, Tori is described as a “female” with a possible “mental illness.”
A source told Radar that a strain in the couple’s marriage, as well as financial issues, have taken a toll on Tori and that the pair are even sleeping in separate bedrooms. “Things have been very bad at home between them,” the insider told Radar.
