
Demi Lovato 'Still Sober' 8 Months After Rehab Stint Following Overdose

Demi Lovato has been sober for eight months and is not looking back! A source close to the singer said she is “committed to her sobriety”after she was hospitalized for an overdose in July. Keep reading for more.

Demi, 26, cut ties with her team and has let go of the "enablers," a source revealed to Entertainment Tonight.

The insider added that her road to recovery has had it's fair share of obstacles, including having to return to the outpatient center for some shorter stints, but has been going well.

The source claimed the singer is using her career as her motivation.

She's doing so well, she has her sights set on going on the road and may even do so as early as this summer — with some old friends!

"Demi joining Jonas Brothers is very much a possibility, but nothing is confirmed at the moment,” the insider said.

Back in July, Demi overdosed at a party and was hospitalized. Once she recovered, she sought treatment, and has been sober since.
