Demi Lovato's Assistant 'Thought She Was Dead' After Drug Overdose

Demi Lovato is on the road the recovery. On July 24th the singer was rushed to the hospital for a drug overdose after her assistant found her unresponsive. Now, more terrifying details have been revealed about the moment the 25-year-old was found.
The 25-year-old's assistant "thought the star was dead following her drug overdose last month that led to her being hospitalized" according to reports.
When a bodyguard entered the home, the assistant was reportedly screaming, "She's dead, she's dead!"
RadarOnline.com reported that the "Sorry Not Sorry" singer is set to be released from the hospital soon and will head to rehab.

On Tuesday, July 24th, cops were called to the singer's home after she was found unresponsive in bed just before noon. According to law enforcement sources, she was revived with Narcan, which treats opiate overdoses.
Since she was rushed to the hospital, Demi has been surrounded by her friends, family, and even her ex-boyfriend, Wilmer Valderrama.
