Demi was joined by a heavily tattooed friend who helped her get into her vehicle before they took off for the day.

She also posted a photo of a piece of cake with the number 6 on top with a note that said "Happy 6 mo we are so f***ing proud of you!" which was signed by "Team DL." She captioned the pic as "Best day ever."
Demi appears to be in much better spirits in the months since she overdosed. She attended her childhood friend's wedding a couple of weeks ago, where the "Cool For The Summer" singer looked like she was having a blast.
She's also started to publicly talk about other things besides her recovery, like issuing support for fellow singer Bebe Rexha who complained about designers that wouldn't dress her for the upcoming Grammy Awards.
