Demi Lovato is continuing her health journey following her rehab stint this past summer. Yesterday, the singer returned to Instagram for the first time in a month with a fresh-faced, post-workout selfie.
In the snap, the 26-year-old sported a bare face, tied-back hair, and a white robe.
Her caption read, “Sweaty, messy jiu jitsu hair…#bjj #bluebelt #nevergiveup.”
Fans quickly flooded her comment section with messages of praise and support. “We are so proud of you Demi! We love!” one person wrote. Another follower commented, “Yayy my Demi is back. I’ve waiting to see that beautiful face again.”
