Denise Richards has finally confirmed what we've expected for many weeks: she's officially joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
The 47-year-old actress confirmed the news with PEOPLE exclusively on Wednesday.
“I am so excited to join the cast of ‘RHOBH’ as I am a huge fan of the show,” she exclaimed. "I am looking forward to spending time with all the ladies… and hopefully meeting Boy George!!” The latter part refers to Dorit Kemsley's close friendship with the pop icon.
OK! reported that she was in final negotiations to join the upcoming 9th season of RHOBH in late July.

She's also been spotted out quite a bit with her hunky boyfriend Aaron Phypers since rumors started swirling about her joining. Could he be an integral part of her storyline?
Denise is far from the first known actress to be part of the RHOBH family. Other past and present cast members, who have spent a good amount of time in the movies and on television, have included Lisa Rinna, Eileen Davidson and sisters Kim and Kyle Richards.
