19 Kids And Counting Fans Outraged Derick Dillard Ran Over A Cat As Family Cheers Him On
We have a feeling this one won’t go too well with animal rights organizations. Derick Dillard and his 19 Kids And Counting family were sledding over the weekend and may have hurt an animal in the process.
The dad-to-be posted a video on his Instagram page getting ready to sled down a hill when a cat was in the way of his path. But instead of skipping that hill, his brother-in-law Ben Seewald pushed him down. Mature, boys.
Moments later, Derick was going full speed towards the cat, and though he yelled to the orange cat to move, it didn’t seem to help.
The 25-year-old collided with the cat and then the whole family laughed at the event while playing in the snow. The cat did not seem to be harmed but was definitely struck by the sled.

While the Duggar family is definitely laughing off the incident, fans are not taking it too lightly. One fan wrote: "Not sure why you thought it would be funny to hit a cat and then post it on Instagram.”

"I would think you would have some respect for all God's creatures,” another commenter wrote. What a shame."
“Gross and inappropriate. It's cruel to scare animals and potentially cause them harm,” a third wrote.
