Dev Patel is officially taken! The Lion star stepped out with his new girlfriend Tilda Cobham-Hervey, looking head over heels in love during a PDA-filled day date in LA.
The adorable pair was spotted as they departed lunch at the Gastro Pub in East Hollywood for lunch. They then hit up a bookstore, where Tilda walked away with a few treasures.
Although relatively unknown in the U.S., the brunette beauty was called the “Aussie actress you need to know” by Marie Claire magazine and is co-starring with Dev in the upcoming film Hotel Mumbai.
The new couple was previously spotted at The Weinstein Company’s pre-Academy Awards party in Beverly Hills.

During their sweet day out, the couple upped the romance factor by getting cozy on a pedal boat ride!
“They looked so in love, it was really sweet to see,” an onlooker told The Mirror. “They couldn’t stop smiling and Dev kept kissing Tilda’s head. It was lovely.”
Dev was last in a high-profile relationship with his Slumdog Millionaire co-star Frida Pinto. The couple split in 2014 after six years together, and Dev credited her with being “one of the most impactful people on my life.”
