Drake has signed a first look deal with his manager, Future the Prince, and film producer Matthew Budman to create cinematic projects under the company Forest Hills Entertainment. The rapper went out in Los Angeles on January 24 for dinner to celebrate the occasion!
Drake, 32, was spotted outside of Beauty and Essex restaurant after having dinner. He wore a black sweater, black pants, velour boots and a long grey peacoat.
The “Nice For What” rapper appeared to have a solo night rather than celebrate with his newest business partners.
“Drake and Future the Prince have been leading the way as artists in the music and fashion arena, and I’m honored to be collaborating with them as they continue to broaden their influence in the original content space,” Matthew exclusively told Deadline Hollywood.

Future the Prince similarly said, “Drake and I are thrilled to partner with our longtime friend at the inception of Forest Hill Entertainment, supporting Matthew and his team as they set new, unprecedented boundaries of groundbreaking content.”
It seems as though Drake is getting back into the acting world, this time with a new role! As fans of the rapper know, the Toronto native used to star on Degrassi: The Next Generation, which he paid homage to with the “I’m Upset” music video.
