Drew Barrymore was dressed for success as she discussed the details of what went into her business decisions for her beauty brand Flower! The “Charlies Angels” actress spoke all about her success and failures at the For The Love of Collaboration event on May 15.
Drew, 44, wore a multicolored flannel with gray slacks and a brown belt to cinch her waist.
The actress revealed on her Instagram story that her makeup was from her Flower line, and in particular, she showed herself reapplying the Mix N' Matte Lip Duo.
The mom-of-two also showed off her custom earrings that said her name which were designed by Kristy Dickinson’s brand Haus of Dizzy.
During the panel, Drew told the audience, “What really it is, is all learning experiences and it actually makes you tighter in the end especially with teams you work with.”
The Santa Clarita Diet star said, “We would do an endeavor that didn’t work but the next time we would do something, and especially if it was under Flower, that team was super tight, communicative, worked so well together, understood their failures, saw where we didn’t succeed in before.”
She explained her company Flower went through a lot of experimentation when it came to brand collaboration. “You can’t have success across the board. It just doesn’t work that way,” she admitted. On the Flower Instagram, it states the products are sold at Ulta Beauty, Walmart, Liverpool Mexico, Superdrug, and Chemist Warehouse Australia, in addition to the brand’s online store.
