The Iced Espresso

1 part Avión Espresso

1 part Italian Espresso

1 part soda water

Directions: Pour ingredients into a high ball glass over ice. Stir. Serve with or without milk. Garnish with 3 espresso beans.

1 oz. lime juice

3/4 oz. agave nectar

3 cucumber slices

2 jalapeño slices

1/4 oz. Agave Nectar

1 1/4 oz. Avión Añejo

1/2 oz. Aperol

1/2 oz. Orange Juice

3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Directions: Add a slice of fresh papaya and about a teaspoon of agave nectar to your mixing glass. Muddle to release the papaya flavor. Add 1 1/4 oz. of Avión Añejo, 1/2 oz. each of Aperol, and orange juice. Top them off with 3/4 oz. fresh lime juice. Add ice and give it a good shake. Strain over ice, and garnish with a slice of papaya.

Sauza Pineapple Lime Cilantro Margaritas

2 cups Pineapple Juice

1/8 cup cilantro leaf, minced

1/4 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup orange juice

6 parts Sauza Blue 100% Agave Silver Tequila

2 parts orange liqueur

2 cups ice

1 lime and 1 orange for garnish


Directions: Rub the edge of your glass with a lime wedge and dip it into a plate of salt. In a shaker, combine pineapple juice, cilantro, lime juice, orange juice, tequila, orange liqueur, and ice. Shake until cold. Serve up or on the rocks.

1 part DeKuyper Pucker Strawberry Liqueur

1 Lime Wheel

Directions: Build over ice in a glass. Garnish with a lime wheel on the rim.

1 1/2 oz.

Tanteo Jalapeno Tequila

5 Muddled Raspberries

1/2 oz. Grand Marnier

1/2 oz. lime Juice

1/2 oz. Agave syrup

Directions: Shake all ingredients well with ice until chilled. Strain over ice into glass. Garnish with raspberry and spray with rose water mist.

Hornitos Not Just Any Sangrita

6 Parts Hornitos® Plata Tequila

5 Parts Tomato Juice

5 Parts Pineapple Juice

1 Part Fresh-Squeezed Lime Juice

Teaspoon of Hot Sauce

1 Pinch of Salt

4 Mexican Worcestershire Sauce

1/2 Teaspoon Crushed Garlic

Directions: Mix ingredients 2-8 well. Chill in the fridge. Serve in a tall shot glass. To get the best flavor, make it a day before serving. Serve your sangrita with a smooth shot of Hornitos Plata Tequila. Sip alternately.

1 fl oz guajillo syrup (recipe follows)

1 fl oz lime juice

2 chunks pineapple, 1.5 “ by 1.5”

Directions: Muddle pineapple in a tin. Add remaining ingredients. Shake over ice.
