"Happy anniversary weekend!" Eileen wrote with the hashtag #sweetsixteen.
She received a ton of love from her Young and the Restless costars like Jessica Collins and Bryton James after sharing the anniversary-related post.

Eileen and Vincent, 61, wed in 2003. It was her third marriage, his second.
They have one son together, a 13-year-old named Jesse.
Vincent was often seen during Eileen's time as a cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She appeared on the show for four straight seasons beginning in 2014.
