Eileen Davidson Throws Celebration For Her Late Father-In-Law Dick Van Patten

Eileen Davidson brought several loved ones together to honor her late father-in-law Dickie Van Patten on Sunday, June 23. The veteran actor, known for shows like Eight is Enough and Mama, passed on the same day in 2015 at the age of 86.
Eileen, 60, shared an Instagram photo of everyone gathered in her living room on the anniversary of his passing.
“Remembering Dickie Van Patten today,” Eileen wrote as the caption. “A life well lived. A man well loved.”
Eileen posted a separate photo of her loved ones watching an interview Dickie gave to the Screen Actors Guild in 2005 on Monday, June 24.

Dick is the father of Eileen’s longtime husband Vincent Van Patten.
Eileen and Vincent celebrated sixteen years of marriage together on April 15. They share one child, a son named Jesse, together.
The actor and World Poker Tour commentator went above and beyond for his wife’s 60th birthday earlier this month.
Vincent serenaded Eileen at the soap legend’s birthday party by singing the 1978 classic “Stumblin In” by Chris Norman and Suzi Quatro.
