Emmy Rossum and Sam Esmail were spotted enjoying a sweet date night in California and the two looked thrilled to be together. Who says married life has to be boring?
The two stayed close as they stepped out of Madeo Restaurant, an Italian eatery that boasts four stars and an impressive clientele.
The Shameless star opted for a high-neck cream top and black pants, while her beau sported a zip-front jacket and jeans.
The couple got married in March last year and a few months after the wedding, the 31-year-old revealed the romantic way Sam popped the question.

On the special day, the Mr. Robot creator handed his then-girlfriend a newspaper and implored her to read it. “I didn’t notice any kind of ring in his pocket, and I began to read the article, and the story is about a director who falls in love with an actress, and I started to think: Huh, that’s strange. And then I realized that it was our love story,” she explained.
By the time, she’d finished reading the “article,” Sam was down one knee with a ring in his hand.
