Erika Jayne's husband Thomas Girardi has been ordered to pay back $6 million after allegedly breaching an agreement he made with the Law Finance Group. The Los Angeles court wants the lawyer to pay back funds loaned to him for his law firm, Girardi Keese.
Court documents state that the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star's hubby must repay the Law Finance Group the $6 million as well as the generated interest.
However, the judge determined that he breached the settlement by just paying $10 million by the deadline.
Law Finance Group initially filed a lawsuit after they claimed they had loaned Thomas $15 million to fund Girardi Keese.

Thomas, 80, reached an agreement with the Law Finance Group and they required him to pay $16 million by July 7.
The company later declared that the money was used “to maintain Mr. Girardi’s lavish lifestyle" instead.
Thomas told The Blast at the time of the filing, "The truth of the matter is this. I have not taken one penny from the law firm in the past three years. I have devoted everything to assist in the cases that we have here. Further, the money that was borrowed, we agreed to repay in approximately two weeks before the lawsuit."
"It is slanderous that the money was for my lifestyle. Every penny went for costs in cases that the firm is handling,” he added.
