Back at it! Eva Marcille posted her first Instagram selfie since welcoming her third child on Sunday, September 29. The Real Housewives of Atlanta star gave birth to son Maverick, who she shares with husband Michael Sterling, on Friday, September 27.
Eva, 34, posted a rather glamorous shot of herself laid up in bed. She appeared to be dressed in grey sweats while rocking a rainbow-colored headpiece and a necklace with the word FAITH written across it. “Mother of three WOW!” she captioned the snap along with three baby emojis.
RHOA costar Tanya Sam, radio personality Rickey Smiley and many others congratulated the new mommy on her big news.
US Weekly broke the news about Eva giving birth to Maverick on Saturday, September 28. She and husband Michael, 37, also share a 1-year-old son named Michael Todd Sterling Jr.
Eva is also a parent to 5-year-old daughter Marley, who she shares with ex Kevin McCall. Other famous men she’s previously dated include rapper FloRida and actor Lance Gross.
The former America’s Next Top Model winner first broke her pregnancy news in May 2019. “Michael and I couldn’t be more excited to announce baby No. 3 is on board!” she revealed to PEOPLE.
“Looks like little Michael Jr. is going from the baby to the middle child, and Marley will be the boss of them all!” she added while talking with PEOPLE about her third pregnancy.
“It’s amazing that God shared his most amazing superpower with us: the power to create and give life,” Michael said during the interview. “I count it a great blessing to grow our family with the love of my life, Eva Marcille Sterling, and we look forward to welcoming another generation of hope into this world.”
Eva shared the news about the sex of her third child at the BET Awards in June 2019. “Yeah, it’s a boy… and I haven’t told anyone,” the mom-to-be revealed to Extra on the red carpet.
The reality star and her baby bump will be on display during the 12th season of RHOA. The popular reality television series returns to Bravo on Sunday, November 3.
